- Food Handlers Certificates – A Food Handlers Cert is required for every aid station (Captain or Assistant Captain). It is fairly quick and very easy. Certificates are accepted from ANY provider (state, county, online, etc). A link to Coconino County’s online class can be found HERE. Scroll down the page and click on the “Apply For Food Handler Certification” button. Send an email to RD steve@aravaiparunning.com with a copy of the certificate of completion, your receipt (for reimbursement), and your mailing address.
