- Food Handlers Certificates – A Food Handlers Cert is required for every aid station (Captain or Assistant Captain). It is fairly quick and very easy. Certificates are accepted from ANY provider (state, county, online, etc). A link to Coconino County’s online class can be found HERE. Scroll down the page and click on the “Apply For Food Handler Certification” button. Send an email to Erika at erika[@]aravaiparunning[dot]com with a copy of the certificate of completion, your receipt (for reimbursement), and your mailing address.
